The basic RazorGage product is a programmable, computerized servo controlled stop gauge or pusher. In order to push feed, materials must be
defect-free or the defect locations must be known to the system. RazorGage offers two defecting methods to enter defect information on
RazorOptimal systems: automatic crayon scanning or joystick entry. Once the defect locations are known to the system, and a cut list has been
downloaded, the optimizing software can determine the best processing combination of parts remaining in the cut list to maximize yield. RazorOptimal
systems are complete automated push feed defecting and optimizing saw systems. RazorGage also offers a semi-automatic Defecting, Optimizing and
Cutting package with a joystick control to allow operator entry of defect locations. Please ask us about the "DOC" package.
If you are presently using a tape measure or manual stop gauge, upgrading to a RazorGage can bring consistent accuracy to every cut made, regardless
of whether the shop owner or a new-hire made the cut . That eliminates accuracy issues. By downloading your cut list into the Windows XP Pro based
RazorGage computer either through the built in network port or one of the several USB ports, you can eliminate operator entry mistakes as well as extra
or missing part mistakes. Furthermore, with RazorGage AutoList software you can run the optimizer to gain a typical 30% reduction in wasted material.
Purchasing a RazorGage brings you a very quick return on your investment! Contact us now!
When used as a stop, specify a RazorGage as long as the longest part you will cut. When used as a pusher, specify a RazorGage as long as the material
you will purchase.
